But that’s not all … I’m not going to leave you hanging, of course. Here are the 2 habits I implement to maintain a healthy weight and look like a mean, lean, sexy … er.. nevermind.
The first thing I do right in the morning is drink like 1-2 glass of water, then I exercise for 30 minutes straight, doing pull ups, push ups, sit ups and all the other good stuff.
But you know what else?!
That’s the quickest way to burn fat because your body isn’t using the food from breakfast for energy but rather fat in your body.
Afterwards I have a nice big breakfast and then I goof off.
