How to lose weight for summer time
Hello everybody, I hope everyone is doing well!
So for those of you who want to lose 5, 10 pounds for summer, I cool tip for you to do so.
I exercise on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It doesn’t matter what I’m doing that day, I always go for a jog, or do push-ups, situps, pull ups and run some more. That is the power of habit. If I don’t exercise in those days I just don’t feel right.
So if you have an exercising on a semi regular basis, then I suggest you implement that exercise habit and get going to get a sexy body always dream for.
And it’s not even that is just to get better and more fit. If you work on the computer a lot like I do then exercise is a must! or else you’ll suffer when a guy who died from blogging — it was on the news.
Another thing I did today was spent $135 on this software called Dragon Naturally Speaking. basically what it is, is I talk on the microphone and the software translate the words into text for me. Actually I’m using it right now! or for every single penny. If you want to be more productive on the computer ;)
Thank god someone invented this software, it’s a blessing for lazy people :)
