Getting things done, part II
Have you ever read some really deep and good material, and you don’t really understand it, or just partially?
And then you become back a month, a week or even a year later and you read the material some more and suddenly everything just makes sense, or you have a deeper understanding of the material?
Well this just happened to me.
I read this John Reese report, which you can read here.
If you’re too lazy to read it I’ll summarize it for you:
Basically you write down whatever you want in life. Then you read down things you need to do. Then you do it.
It’s simple, but amazing because the brain dump method frees your mental thoughts of “what if … should ‘ve .. would’ve” thinkings, and leaves the mind with a more clearer direction and vision.
In fact, I just spent 30 minutes yesterday writing down everything I needed to do … for the year. It’s not a perfect list, but whatever.
