Unconventional sleep schedule
I’m experimenting an unorthodox sleep schedule. Basically I sleep at 5 in the afternoon and wake up shortly after midnight.
Then I stay awake all night, all morning, all afternoon and then sleep just before 6 in the evening at the latest.
The reason why I do this is because I get work done during night/early morning.
And then I’m awake during the morning and day, so I can still hang out and talk to people, plus the stores are opened in the morning, where I can buy stuff without much wait in the line.
The only draw back is that your night life is going to be non-existence, less you train yourself for 6 hours of sleep and hit up the club at 11 or something.
Anyone else wanna give this a try, it might fit your unorthodox life style!
