How to REALLY build confidence

I walked up to a college girl that caught my eyes and I complimented on her positive vibe. She was the artist type.

We talked for a bit, and it hit off. So we walked around a bit, sat on a bench and get to know each other for a bit. It was a pleasant conversation, then suddenly we start kissing each other passionately.

All within the span of 30 minutes during the day.

So what was the point of that story? Confidence.

You see, for the past 6 months I have been writing like … 4 different posts on building confidence. There is something to it but I can’t really convey it into words right … until now.

You see, confidence isn’t something you “build”. Because there is no ego in the first place. And when there is no ego, there is no need for confidence.

Remember when you were a kid, and before the ego can develop, you did things in public that were totally free and natural, like pooping in your pants or screaming for mommy without concerning yourself about the opinions of others.

Be like that. Let go of your ego, be free and natural. It isn’t about putting a fake image and trying to be “cool” or have “alpha body language” or “projecting your voice in an authoritative matter” (although it does help)
or even dressing “cool”.

Let go, be care free. Think of Tyler Durden from Fight Club.
