School dumbs you down
Without a doubt, school dumb kids down.
One thing they don’t teach in school is Critical Thinking 101. Instead, rote memorization is put into play and kids (the majority, anyways) end up having a bad taste of learning in their mouth. No doubt, with the bullshit they feed those kids in school, the taste is really rancid.
So the whole school day is filled up with bull shit work, the kids go home and play on the computer and spend another 2 hours doing homework, leaving no time for self-reflection and introspection.
I think what really saved my mind from the incessant brain washing in school is long walk in the forest trail, just thinking. And the countless hours spent at the library reading books, from spirituality to science to true crime to technical books (pick locking was fun, so is marketing and such)
I look back at the 14 years I spent in so called public education and couldn’t help but be disgusted at the time wasted. Worst yet, the bad negative shit that goes in school like drugs, violence and good old fashion butt sex behind the stair well. Plus, those bored civil servants called teachers are a pain the ass sometimes.
But on a positive light, school does serve a good purpose. They brain wash kids and slot them into social roles to keep our society running smoothly. We need the toilet cleaners, the paper pushers and the 36 years old “student assistant”. Shh, don’t let the secret out that there is way more possibility to life then merely going to college straight after high school and become civil servants.
College is a good business for the banks and the rich men running the country (also friends with the bankers) with the billion of profits coming from interest. Shh, don’t let the secret out that people are generally dumb, retarded and complacent. Just let them be.
I think the school system works great; it keeps society running smooth with all the job slots and how 80 percent of the wealth is owned by 20 percent of the people (namely rich white folks running the country) Those who like an alternative path like me quietly drop out of the school system and blaze our own path.
But it is okay America, go back to sleep. There is nothing new.
