(An example of Tribal Tattoos)

Remember when barb wire tattoos used to be mainstream, so macho wannabe guys would go and get them? And it turned out to be really shitty? Now it’s 2007 and you think people would learn a thing or two, but alas, shitty mainstream tattoo got revived in the form of … tribal tattoos!

The dark, ugly, primitive squiggly lines that is just obnoxious to look at. Look big guy with the wife beater, no body thinks you’re tough because you got your whole arm with tribal stuff plus some Kanji on your arm.

Besides from looking like a complete tool with primitive dark lines, it’s a completely generic look with the millions of other big guys with tribal tattoos. Whatever happened to originality? It doesn’t even have to be original, get something that isn’t a fad.

Ditto for gold fish tattoos. It has been played out too often, and every Dick and Jane either gets a Tribal, Kanji, or Gold fish tattoo or something like that. Some are brave and venture off and do something like get a cartoon character from a Saturday morning TV show.

The best about getting a tattoo is get something unique, ignore current fads tattoo because they come and go. And if you get something that is original, at least it would stand apart from the rest of the people. If someone compliments your tattoo, you know it’s an original. No body cares about tribal anymore, it’s too cliché.

In summary: tribal tattoos are soft and fruity, just like the people who have them.
