PM experiment, Day 17

I think I’m feeling addicted to the feeling of being buff, that’s why I keep on doing upper body exercise. Did weight lifting with bar bells and dumb bells, tried to stay away from the cable machines in order to build up the stabilizer muscles. Mostly did 4 sets of the exercise, with 4-6 reps to hypertrophy the muscles. Rwar, I’m going to be the hulk now!

Today I started learning Hiragana, so at least I can learn how to write in Japanese. There is over 30 some Hiragana symbols, which is like the Japanese alphabet. It’s hard for me to remember it all, I’m using this learning method where you associate the word and the symbol with an image in real life. For example, the Hiragana i looks like “ ‘, so I associate the symbols with the mental picture of eyes and try to remember that it’s, uh, the Hiragana i.

I’m not sure about meditate anymore, I usually work on the computer around midnight until I pass out. But! I’ll still give it a go and meditate before bed time. And for the past two weeks, I have forgone waking up 3 in the morning to meditate, it’s too hardcore for me :(
