If you’re a college student, why not get free resident while owning a house at the same time? If you live near a college campus, put some money down on the house and rent it to 4-5 other college students. It works on a simple business principle in which they don’t teach in schools: OPM (other people’s money)

Say the monthly payment for the house is $1500, just rent it to 3 other students for $500 each. A house is enough to accommodate 4 people, so it should be no problem. You can use the OPM principle on things like condos and apartment too.

I came across this principle from a savvy college kid who plays video games all day (He sells virtual gold on War of World Craft …) I ask, what the **** you play games all day dude, how do you afford rent. He then tells me his “little” secret … but keep it a secret, because he doesn’t want everyone to know he’s a lazy kid who owns 2 houses. Pfft, as if it’s a secret any longer. Remember you hear it from Ken Nubo first!

So I recommend you start doing this by looking properties near your place where college kids live, or you can simply use this principle to get free apartment by splitting the rent. This is this the shit they don’t teach in school.
