How to stop drinking coffee, soda pop and eating junk food

Only if this kid have read this article and followed the advice …
I admit, I used to love drinking coffee and soda pop. I can finish a case of 24 Mountain Dew in a day. In fact, when I was a kid I drank so much soda pop that I had a nose bleed, then I wrote my name on the wall with my own blood. I used to drink coffee or soda pop every frigging mean. I think I had an addiction no doubt.
I drank soda pop and coffee because water tasted nasty! It tasted rusty and makes me feel sick. Then I discovered that by simply putting ice in the water or drinking it cold, I could drink the water no problem.
So the best solution is to put a big jug of water in the freezer, so I can have all the cold water I want through out the day. It wasn’t usual during my first water binge to drink around four liters of water day.
Of course, I figured I was pissing too much so I stopped drinking that much.
I tend to ignore things I don’t want or like. If I don’t pay attention to it, it won’t cross my mind to drink pop or eat junk food. It doesn’t really have to do with self discipline or whatever. Just ignore it and replace the junk food with fruits, because fruits taste damn good. I stopped eating chips, donuts and other junk food for a year now.
Because I realized that I eat junk food and drink soda pop and coffee because there was no good tasting food. Fruits provided the answer. So does toasted bagel with cream and cheese cracker. Good stuff!
